Overview |
It was 9 years ago that we opened our first international
office in Germany... followed by France in 2001... the US in 2003...
China in 2005...
Today millions of children and students in over 70 countries
are seeing lessons brought to life with our products. And not just
where you might expect.
In the UK and the US, you’ll find us in some of the top schools
- Tulsa, Jenks, Omaha, Lincoln, Rapid City, Bismarck, Denver, Casper,
and many more... But you’ll also
find us in state funded initiatives in inner-city, deprived or rural
areas.
In Botswana, we’ve helped with the Bocodol initiative - bringing
distance learning via video conferencing, internet and university
downloads to Activboards - powered by solar energy to villages that
are literally miles, and miles, from anywhere.
And we’ve worked closely with special needs schools - and those
for the academically gifted - to help refine our products for their
specific requirements.
Why? Well it’s nice to earn awards - BETT awards... the Queen’s
Award for Innovation...Technology & Learning’s Award of
Excellence... (Thank you.) And it’s
satisfying to see our company grow.
But it’s even more satisfying to help bring new insights and
interests to educating the next generations. Wherever in the world
they might be. |
